A. Phenolic resin synthesizing equipment designed to make 1.0T resin

per 8-hour shift

1. Two reaction tanks

Including two reaction tanks with metalic outer layer and enamel inner layer equipped with suitable pipes and valves and sealing parts.

2. Vacuum degassing system

One Model SZ-2 vacuum pump is given with a 7.5kw motor.

One buffering tank and connection pipes and valves are also supplied.

3.One muffler tank.

 4. One condenser with working area of 20m2.

5. One resin pre-mixing installation

6. One set of cutting installation

Including one cutting machine with a 1.5kw motor,  one working table with a 1.1kw motor and a decelerator.

7.Three sets of foam moulds.(Wooden material)

8.Three sets of heater bands.

9.Others: Joining pipes and valves
